Licensed under Fair use via Wikipedia10/9/15 - Now that Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has officially reached its conclusion with the release of Marvel’s Ant-Man, Scott Lang will return alongside Hope Van Dyne on July 6, 2018 with Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp.  Additionally, Ant-Man’s second adventure will lead to a couple of other films shifting their dates, with Marvel’s Black Panther moving up to February 16, 2018 and Marvel’s Captain Marvel landing on March 8, 2019.  Source: Marvel

4/20/15 - Nicole Perlman and Meg LeFauve will write the screenplay for Captain Marvel expected in theaters on November 2, 2018. With no director and no cast set yet, little is known yet about Marvel’s specific plans. The film will focus on the Carol Danvers character, who first appeared in the Marvel Comics in 1968. Major Carol Danvers was introduced as a member of the U.S. Air Force in Marvel Super-Heroes #13 (1968). She debuted as the first incarnation of Ms. Marvel in Ms. Marvel #1 (January 1977) after a fusion of alien Kree and human genes gives her superhuman powers.  Source:
